Pools and Layout
The resort is amphitheatrically built across 15 buildings and contains 105 suites. The hotel operates 3 main pools that are heated during specific seasons from April to May and September to November, with a maximum water temperature of 26°C. The pool area has an Adults-Only Main Pool and an Activity Pool with an adjacent Kids Pool.
Suites and Rooms
The 105 suites include types with private pools, private hot tubs, and sea views. A Signature Complex provides Adults-Only rooms with private pools and heated tubs, plus a dedicated breakfast area. 3 lifts and 2 airlifts give comfortable access to all suites in the resort.
Dining and Guest Relations
The on-site Main Buffet Restaurant Natura serves breakfast and dinner, and the Snack Bar "Lemoni" offers additional dining. A guest relations team is available to arrange excursions, car and moto rentals, and special occasion packages. Half-board dinner can be swapped to lunch upon request to the team.

The hotel is in central Koutouloufari Village, 1 km from Hersonissos. A shuttle service operates to Beach Comber at Stalida with reserved sunbeds for guests. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from an 18-hole golf course, with a medical center 5 minutes away.
